A "user query" is counted each time a visitor has a session with the AI Chatbot. Follow-up questions within the same conversation are not counted as new queries. The monthly limit resets on the first day of the month. The Enterprise plan offers unlimited queries for high-traffic sites.
Ingestion is the process of our platform reading, processing, and learning from your content. A single "ingestion" event can be a full crawl of your entire website, or the upload of a single document (like a PDF or Word file). The Starter plan is suitable for businesses that update their content a few times a month, while higher-tier plans accommodate more frequent updates.
Our Voice of Customer (VoC) tools analyze all the questions your users are asking to provide you with powerful insights.

Included in our Enterprise plan, the standalone support site is a fully-hosted, customizable portal where your customers can interact with the AI chatbot, browse hot-topics, and access interactive walkthroughs. It can be linked from your main website and provides a dedicated, comprehensive support experience without needing to integrate our components directly into your own site.
